Cheeseburger with Ham and Egg
After spending my day at work, getting covered in concrete dust and missing lunch break I was hungry when I got home. My plan was simple: cook up the hamburger I had in the refrigerator but make it special. I took the 85% lean 15% fat beef and added it with all my favorite seasonings, tajian, Mrs Dash table blend, Tony Chachere's original blend and sesame seeds. Next I added mozzarella shredded cheese and mixed it all together. I put 4 burgers in the pan and cooked them up. Once they were done (I cooked mine medium) I put the burgers on the bun and added a slice of cheese to each. Next I cooked the egg in the pan getting an added flavor of the grease from the burger, the eggs cooked instantly due to the high temperature the pan was at. Finally I added the ham into the pan. This was an instant cook as well, I added both the egg and ham to the top of my burger and was almost ready to eat. The last step was adding Guy Fieri's Flavortown top secret sauce to the top bun. Once I put this all together and took that first bite it was amazing, the burger was cooked perfectly and the egg yolk breaking as I ate it added extra flavor throughout, the shredded cheese being inside the burger was plus for flavor as well. It was a simply lovely experience!
