BOBBY BLUE + BACON - Bobby's Burger Palace

Bobby Flay is one of my favorite celebrity chefs, I’ve always enjoyed his shows on Food Network. He’s a interesting personality and makes some amazing food, of course one of those foods is burgers. The burger I chose this visit was Bobby Blue + Bacon, This is a burger with Blue Cheese, Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato, I had mine Crunchified which is when potato chips are added to a burger, this Bobby Flay’s signature addition to a burger so i had to get it. I really like the way the chips add to the flavor of the burger. I enjoyed this burger a lot, I had mine cooked medium as I enjoy a bit of red in the middle of the burger, the Blue Cheese added a perfect amount of flavor, Blue cheese is always a good pick in my opinion. Added in with having Bacon and this burger was amazing, I can’t wait to go back again and get another burger!
