FARMHOUSE BURGER - Covered Bridge Farm Table
When I was In New Hampshire on vacation in June I had an amazing food experience. On the first day I arrived after getting set at the hotel and waiting for a thunderstorm to pass. My parents and I went to eat dinner. We went to a restaurant called Covered Bridge Farm Table. I figured it was going to be good food just based on the name, food at farm to table restaurants is just a different vibe, getting something freshly grown or raised is always great. It cuts out the time that food sits around and is either in a freezer or refrigerator. Once I opened the menu the first thing that caught my attention was the burger. I looked at a few other items but I ordered the burger, I tend to order the first thing that catches my attention. The burger I ordered was called the Farmhouse Burger which I ordered medium. This burger was a 6oz burger that had bacon, goat cheese and an onion jam. I could instantly tell the freshness of the burger when I took the first bite. The goat cheese had an amazing taste as well that was different from normal cheese from a cow. Lastly the onion jam added a hint of onion to the burger in the just right way as a jam should. Overall I felt this was the best burger I ever tasted and I hope to taste this one again!
